The purchase of goods through the e-commerce company LEDeco solution, sro (hereinafter referred to as the "eShop") may be carried out by natural and legal persons without restriction, provided that they are governed by these Business Conditions. These general business conditions regulate the rights and obligations of LEDeco solution, sro, with its registered office at Sládkovičova 37 / A, 974 05 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, ID number: 44 845 049, VAT ID number: SK2022846265, entered in the Commercial Register of the Banská Bystrica District Court, section: Sro, file number: 16711 / S (hereinafter referred to as LEDeco) and our customers, which result from the purchase contract concluded between LEDeco.sk as the seller and the customer as the buyer via the Internet and the subject of which the purchase of goods through the online store is located on the website www.LEDeco.sk
Customer registration / My account:
The condition of shopping in our eshop is customer registration. All prices are negotiable. The online e-shop always has current and valid prices, unless otherwise stated. Prices are final, ie. including VAT, or all other taxes and fees that the consumer must pay to obtain the goods, this does not apply to any fees for transport, handling fees for cutting profiles, unwinding optical fibers, assembly, etc., which are listed in the so-called. shopping cart and their amount depends on the choice of the Buyer or may be the subject of an email or telephone agreement with the seller. The stock prices are valid until the stock of stock / discounted goods is sold out or for a specified period of time. Operating hours:

On days belonging to public holidays, the showroom as well as the warehouse are closed, in case of change or other planned closures, customers will be informed via www.LEDeco.sk
Delivery times:
Deliveries of electronically ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, in the case of goods in stock, usually within 5 working days and in the case of goods not in stock, no later than 4 weeks from the date of confirmation, acceptance of the Buyer's binding order by the Seller, and to the place of delivery specified in the electronic order. The Buyer acknowledges that when fulfilling the contractual obligations of the Seller, the stated delivery dates are indicative. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods within the given period, he is obliged to immediately inform the Buyer via e-mail resulting from the order and notify him of the new expected delivery date of the goods. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods at all, he is also obliged to immediately inform the Buyer via e-mail resulting from the order and agree with him on a replacement performance. In the event that the Buyer does not show interest in replacement performance by the Seller, he is entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement and the Seller is obliged to return the purchase price to the Buyer within 14 days, if it has already been paid by the Buyer. The buyer is informed about sending the ordered goods by e-mail. You can check the status of the electronic order by logging in to the My Account system in www.LEDeco.sk. The Buyer is also notified of the status of the electronic order by e-mail. The goods are delivered by courier service to the address of the place of delivery specified by the Buyer in the electronic order or will be prepared at the Seller's registered office for personal collection, depending on what method of delivery the Buyer has chosen in his order. The buyer is informed in advance about the delivery date of the order by e-mail. If the set deadline is unsatisfactory, the Seller, resp. the courier service to agree on an alternative date for delivery of the order. In the event that the Buyer is not present at the time agreed with the courier service at the place of delivery and does not authorize another person to take over the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for damage caused to the Seller and / or courier service as a result of unsuccessful delivery of goods to the Buyer. The costs of re-delivery of goods to the Buyer shall be borne by the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer does not pick up the goods ready for personal collection within 10 working days or does not take over the goods from the carrier twice in a row, without in order to agree with the Seller to extend this period, the Seller has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement. If the Buyer has already paid the purchase price, the Seller will return the purchase price to the Buyer within 14 days, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer by taking it over and paying the purchase price. Delivery of the goods to the Buyer is possible only if the Buyer pays the purchase price and postage for the delivered goods. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check whether the packaging in which the goods are packed is not damaged and to sign a document on receipt of the shipment. In the event of its damage, it is necessary to write a report with the carrier - courier service at the place of delivery of the goods on the detected defects caused during transport and the Buyer is obliged to do so immediately, inform the Seller no later than two calendar days from the receipt of the goods, in order to resolve the matter to the Buyer's satisfaction as soon as possible. If the Buyer takes over the goods despite the obvious damage to the packaging, the Seller has the right not to accept any subsequent claims for this reason. Only the one that is taped with the Seller's protective tape is considered an undamaged, unopened, original shipment. The Carrier is obliged to hand over the goods to the Buyer item by item and to write the minutes on the spot. The carrier is responsible for such damage. If the package is covered with a protective tape of the Seller, which is damaged or the Buyer finds other damage to the package or signs of unauthorized opening of the shipment, is entitled not to accept the goods from the Carrier and is obliged to write a record of this fact with the Carrier with a precise description of the reason for non-acceptance of the consignment. The buyer, who is an entrepreneur, is obliged (the buyer, who is a consumer, this procedure is recommended) to immediately check with the carrier the condition of the shipment (number of packages, integrity of the tape with the company logo, damage to the box) according to the enclosed consignment note. The buyer is entitled to refuse to accept the shipment, which is not in accordance with the purchase contract by the fact that the shipment is e.g. incomplete or damaged. If the buyer accepts such a damaged consignment from the carrier, it is necessary to describe the damage in the delivery protocol of the carrier. Incomplete or damaged shipment must be reported immediately by e-mail to the address specified in the contact, write a damage report with the carrier and send it without undue delay by e-mail or post to the seller. Additional claims for incompleteness or external damage to the shipment do not deprive the buyer of the right to complain, but give the seller the opportunity to prove that it is not in conflict with the purchase contract. "
Place and method of delivery of goods:
If the buyer is a legal entity, the issue of goods or payment of credit will be allowed only to the statutory body of the legal entity or a person who proves a verified power of attorney. Without submitting any of these documents, LEDeco may refuse to deliver the goods.
Payment method :
The seller accepts the following payment terms: - payment in cash up to 2500euros with VAT upon receipt of the goods at the point of issue, - payment in advance by bank transfer - cash on delivery upon delivery of goods up to 1000euros with VAT (cash is taken over by the carrier), - payment on invoice with due date (only if the conditions for providing credit are met, please contact the seller)
Online payments are provided for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, as, is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are completely secure and all information is encrypted.
Card payment
The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code - three numbers that can be found in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will first be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive by SMS from your bank.

Ownership
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment and takeover, but the risk of damage to the goods passes to the takeover of the goods by the buyer. Buyer billing information cannot be changed retroactively after sending the order. Invoice - a tax document, which also serves as a guarantee certificate (unless you have requested otherwise) will be delivered to your email and by mail to the address provided by you. Complaints:

We recommend sending the goods as a package by registered mail. Do not send the goods on delivery, it will not be accepted! Attach a copy of the day document (invoice) that we sent to you to the package. After receiving the claimed goods, we will immediately contact you by e-mail or telephone and we will agree with you on resolving the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, we will exchange the claimed goods piece by piece according to your decision, or we will provide another one that you choose (up to the value of the claimed goods), and we also bear the costs of returning it and delivering new goods. or you have the right to withdraw from the contract and in that case we will refund your money. The complaint will be settled as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the application of the complaint and receipt of the claimed goods together with the proof of purchase. Order cancellation:

If your order has already been paid, we will return the money to your account within 14 days at the latest. At the same time, we reserve the right to cancel your order for goods if we are unable to deliver it to you due to unavailability (sale of stock or withdrawal from the offer) or if, even with all efforts, we are unable to deliver the goods within the agreed time or price. of the goods would cause us disproportionate difficulties and disproportionate expenses in relation to the value of the ordered goods, unless we agree with you on a replacement. Alternative dispute resolution:

The parties undertake to submit to the decision of this court and its decision will be final, binding and enforceable for the parties. The Contracting Parties agree that in accordance with Art. § 22a of Act no. 244/2002 Coll. on arbitration proceedings, as amended, the Arbitral Tribunal may, on the proposal of a party to the arbitration proceedings, order an interim measure without the opinion of the other party to the arbitration proceedings.
Personal data, their processing and protection:
The seller declares that all personal data is confidential, will be used only to perform the contract with the buyer and marketing actions of the seller and will not be otherwise disclosed, provided to a third party, etc. with the exception of the situation related to distribution or payment related to the ordered goods (notification of name, account number and delivery address). The seller shall ensure that the data subject does not infringe his rights, in particular the right to respect for human dignity, and shall also ensure protection against unauthorized interference with the data subject's private and personal life. Personal data that is provided voluntarily by the buyer to the seller in order to fulfill the order and marketing actions of the seller, are collected, processed and stored in accordance with applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act no. 122/2013 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended and effective.
