Light emited by LEDs is very directional in terms of fibre surface, thus allowing a maximum light penetration into the fibre optic cables yet from very low power device. Thanks to this factor we are able to offer very high brightness of fibres from very tiny light source, with passive cooling, keeping the fibres , port and light sources as cool as it gets.
This Illuminator was designed to be dimmed with standard 24VDC PWM systems, to ease the connection to existing 24V Constant Voltage power systems.
Driver onboard does contain a thermally negative sensor , providing a decrease of power to keep it in safe temperature range allowing maximum lifetime and servicing cycles.
Never look into / point the LED light source while in operation. Light is very sharp and could damage your eyes!
Light source is powered from 24VDC power systems , thus allowing large installations over long distance from power supply. The driver onboard is not sensitive to power cable Voltage drop, so each light source will always shine on 100%, whether it is very first or very last on power line, even with the driver placed remotely.

Diameter of hole fro optical port is 32mm, delivered normally with spring installation clips, fixing screws and one DC 2,1mm power connetor to connect on your 24VDC cables.
Power in this light source is meant as constant, thus delivering the maximum performance / same amount of energy when powered only on RED, or when powered on Purple (2 channels are ON Red+ Blue) or any other variation. Thus the light output is kept always as maximum to deliver from such small device.
